Fixed the "Download Expenses File" URL (#785)

* Fixed the download PDF URL

Added the "/reports" prefix to the "Download PDF" Button of the Create.vue file. Now the download redirect works correctly.

Fixed with @SpyrosKoustas.

* Fixed the missing "/reports" prefix

Added the missing "/reports" prefix so that the project must not be rebuilt.

Fixed with @Dimitris-Provatas
