There's no doubt that everybody knows this symbol. [https://unicode-table.com/en/2764/ Heart] with arrow expresses the sender's feelings pretty obviously. It first appeared in a set of [https://unicode-table.com/en/sets/emoji/ "Emojis"], developed by Japanese specialists. It is used on such social platforms as VKontakte, Twitter, Google and IOS in slightly different visual variations. The official name is "Heart With Arrow" in human language and U+1F498 in Unicode.
To insert such a "heart" in the text, you just need to find one on the Internet, copy and add it to the page. More sophisticated users are free to type it on the keyboard: to do this, hold down the ALT key and enter the decimal or hex code.
If the sign does not appear in your browser correctly, you may not have a font that supports it.
