Heavy turned comma U+275B is most often seen in riddles and rebuses. This icon is put before the image or next to it, so that you understand the position and the number of the hidden letters. Visually symbol U+275B resembles a "six" with its center painted black.
To denote commas and beats, Unicode offers us a huge variety of icons similar to this one. For example, two turned upper commas [U:275D], bold in design, and a double comma [U:201C] delicately rendered. Such upper commas are called quotation marks.
