This icon may help to denote the direction of the wind or some movement. You can use it to draw attention to the information that is located lower in the text. A bold arrow pointing to the south-east will be helpful if you want to make a table or a scheme.
Heavy South East Arrow is drawn with a bold line, just like all other [block:dingbats dingbats] from the earlier Unicode versions. Its "tail" gets wider closer to the beginning, and the tip of the arrow is designed as a triangle filled with black. .
Unicode has more arrows pointing down to the right. They're categorized according to boldness, size, design, and other parameters: [U:21F2], [U:2925], [U:21D8].
