A little branch with a heart or an ivy leaf. Classic typography has given it the name of fleuron. This symbol was used to decorate printed books, papers, and other goods long before Unicode had appeared. Nowadays the rotated floral heart hasn't lost in popularity. You may come across it in floral ornament sets and frames. Besides, it's a perfect embellishment for a new chapter in a book or a new paragraph in a textbook.
Rotated floral heart bullet - that's the name you should type to find this fleuron in Unicode. Symbols database also contains a simple but elegant fleuron [U:2766] (the ivy leaf is headed down, whereas the branch is placed horizontally) and a reversed rotated floral heart [U:2619] (the leaf is turned to the left).
